Anytime you find yourself around Groton MA stop by Blackbird cafe 491 Main Street this is a nice place for breakfast or cafe . You will not be disappointed food amazing, veggies toast and pastries really delicious , great staff and a peaceful atmosphere to relax and enjoy the time .

Staff are super nice and helpful, the sandwiches are ridiculous. Got the Northender(add avacado) and the Maple sandwich on French toast and both were phenomenal. I had to go back and get another to bring home to share. Update: went again just as awesome.. just walked in and ordered on a sunday.. sidenote baked home fries are delicious, but for 3 lol.
First time trying this place and I was pleasantly surprised! The ambience is friendly and the seating area looked nice. I got takeout so I didn’t get a chance to try it out. Staff were very friendly! A younger worker there named Cassie brightened my morning. Very bubbly and great with customers. Will definitely be eating here again.
Forgot to take picture of my complete order but the food is delicious, for my girls that can’t eat meat this is the spot for you, I ordered the Avocado, mixed green and provolone, I added pesto and God it was delicious, for drink I had the hot chocolate chai with oat milk, you can definitely taste pure cacao in it. We tried the gingerbread muffin, you could taste the spicy ginger and perfect in the sweetness. The place is clean and, ambiance is perfect and makes you feel comfy 😌 employees greet you and make you feel welcome. If you are a local or are just around the Groton area definitely try this place. I’ve been living in the town next to Groton and definitely recommend it. I will try more often my self 😊
This cafe has great service and amazing food and drinks. The workers, went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I would truly recommend this to everyone and I will for sure be a frequent customer. The smoothie I got even though it was off the menu, mango strawberry was truly delectable and the barista didn’t mind making it at all.
Food was excellent. Took awhile to order with huge number of options on additions to your choice and we had a lot of people, but food came quickly. Would go there again, definitely!
What a delight to find this cafe while visiting Groton. The coffee is absolutely delicious and my wrap was lovingly crafted and made to perfection. Customer service was also very friendly and helpful with the menu. Definitely will be back and recommend.
